Autumn is 4!!!

About a month ago my sweet sister and her daughter came to town to visit and I was able to capture some photos for them as Autumn just recently turned 4.  I can still remember being in the hospital with my sister when she delivered this wonderful blessing into the world!  This was truly one of my favorite sessions to date!  I had such a blast and I am pretty sure they did as well! :)  I simply love love love capturing interactions between mothers and their daughters.  There is just such a strong bond there, and it is one of my absolute favorite things to capture!  And Autumn was so excited for pictures, she kept telling me, Laura it's picture day!  Haha!  Can't go wrong with a 4 year old this excited for pictures!  :) So, needless to say, everything went super easy for me!  I hope you guys like all these gorgeous images!  I am posting a few more than normal, well because 1. It's family and 2.  There were just too many for me to choose from! ;)

P.S.  I am super excited to be shooting my Christmas mini sessions THIS weekend!! Yay!  So get excited for lots and lots of fun images to come!  Christmas is my FAVORITE time of year!  One of our neighbors already has their lights up and I was jumping for joy!  Yes, I am that person!!!  Christmas time is here! woohoo! 

Aubrey & Shawn Engagement

Aubrey and Shawn are two wonderful people I had the opportunity to meet a few weeks ago.  I know Aubrey's mother from coaching one of her other daughters in gymnastics a few years ago.  Their entire family is so sweet!  It was such a pleasure to shoot for them and get to know them a little better before their upcoming wedding next September.  The session was jam packed with fun including light saber battles and dancing by the lake!  (Which was probably good to help keep them warm on the chilly morning that we shot).  Thank you both for letting me capture some fun and beautiful shots of you guys!  I am so excited for more fun adventures to come at your wedding!   Hope you guys enjoy some of these beautiful images!!

Matt and Karen Engagement!!

I had the amazing privilege of meeting this incredibly sweet couple at the beginning of this month!  These two are getting married next year and I could not be more excited for them! As soon as I met them I knew it was going to be a fun and easy session, just by seeing the way they looked at each other getting out of the car. :) They both have so much respect and love for each other, and I know marriage is just going to be blissful for them!  They are very open about placing Christ first in their lives, which I think is so amazing and I highly value.  And on top of all of this, they are seriously just the cutest together!  I had such an amazing time with these two as I jumped back into photography from some time off with Thomas.  I hope you all enjoy these images as much as I did shooting them!
